Jack A. “Jay” Blossman, of Mandeville, is an attorney in private practice and serves as of counsel for the firm of Milling Benson Woodward, LLP. Mr. Blossman received a bachelor’s degree from Louisiana State University and a Juris Doctorate from Southern University School of Law.
Jay served as a member of the Louisiana Public Service Commission from 1997 to 2008, and served as its Chairman from 2007-2008.
Jay currently serves on the Board of Supervisors for Louisiana State University, having been appointed by Governor John Bel Edwards in 2018.
