Prior to joining Milling, Ms. Fugarino was an associate in the Jackson, Mississippi office of a national defense firm where her practice focused on product liability and mass tort litigation involving benzene and dispersant exposure, with an emphasis on fraud detection. After graduating from law school, Ms. Fugarino was a Compliance Risk Manager for a national bank where she was responsible for the oversight and development of bank-wide policies and procedures. During law school, Ms. Fugarino served as Editor-in-Chief of The Legal Eye, was President of the Women’s Student Bar Association, and was Advocacy Chair of the Moot Court Board. Ms. Fugarino is licensed to practice law in Louisiana and Mississippi. At Milling, her practice areas include natural resources, insurance coverage and defense, and litigation.
