Jacob Chapman’s primary practice areas include medical malpractice, insurance defense, general liability and products liability. Mr. Chapman has represented physicians and hospitals from the medical review panel stage all the way through the Louisiana Supreme Court, including representation during the reported case of Turner v. Willis Knighton Med. Ctr., 108 So.3d 60, (La. 12/4/12). Mr. Chapman has represented clients in state and federal court cases involving slip and falls, falling merchandise and general premise liability cases. Representative clients include Lowe’s, T.J. Maxx and HomeGoods. He also has experience handling insurance defense and auto liability cases.
